How I am re-setting in 2024!

I prefer the word reset over resolution. It feels safer, like their is room for slip ups. Resolution sounds so permanent and suffocating for me. I am drawn to the idea of resetting and self improvement and I want to feel safe while I am doing that! Why I I don't tell my kids they are good at everything! I love my kids, I am their biggest fans!
